By accessing or using the services provided by Belle Glade Movers, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Belle Glade Movers provides residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and storage solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

A valid credit card or other forms of payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is due on the day of the move unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
A deposit may be required for long-distance moves or larger projects.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.
For no-shows or moves canceled after the team has arrived, full payment will be required.

4. Liability

Belle Glade Movers is not responsible for any damage to items that are packed by the customer unless the damage results from our team’s actions.
We provide moving insurance, but the liability for loss or damage to personal property is limited to the amount stated in the insurance policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are packed securely and that any fragile items are clearly identified to our team.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the size of the move, special items, and any access restrictions at both the pickup and delivery locations.

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we will not transport the following items:

Hazardous materials (flammable, explosives, etc.)
Perishable food
Living creatures
Illegal substances

7. Privacy and Data Security

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belle Glade Movers, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle Glade Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated effective date.
